Training for mid- and upper-level managers with a focus on Lean problem solving tools: awareness, understanding, and facilitation. Participants will learn how to identify waste and tools to remove it from the process.

Training for executive talent leaders focused on how to create an organization of empowered critical thinkers and problem solvers. Training will emphasize ways to support Lean tools implemented by your  team and organization.

Custom Training

We work with our clients to develop customized training for specialized employee cohorts (e.g., supply chain, information technology, front office staff, new employees, etc.), managers and leaders who need a tune-up on Lean and Improvement Science principles in action. We also build on-demand training for graduates of the Operational Excellence sequence.
